Why I Chose My Song
The reason that I chose this song is two-fold.
The first is because I couldn't do my first choice "To Make You Feel My Love" because Kris had already performed it on American Idol during Country Week - and I was not about to go repeat a performance.
The second reason I chose the song was because it was a completely different direction from everything else I've done. All three prior weeks, the songs that I did were on the slower side. So I thought that with there being so many great country ballads out there - I'd do something a little different. Something that I consider to be fun with a capital F.
Hopefully ya'll have as much fun listening as I do performing.
